What is a fastener?
A fastener is any hardware component that mechanically joins or affixes two or more objects together — nuts, bolts, screws, washers, rivets, studs and more.
At PTS we specialise in stainless-steel fasteners: corrosion-resistant, strong and certified, supplied to recognised DIN, ISO and BS standards. Whether you’re buying a single box or ordering in bulk for a production line, we hold one of the widest stainless ranges in the UK in live stock — roughly 35,000 metric and 10,000 imperial lines — ready for same-day dispatch.

Fastener FAQs
What's the difference between A2 and A4 stainless?
A2 (304) is the general-purpose stainless grade with strong corrosion resistance for most indoor and outdoor use. A4 (316) adds molybdenum for superior resistance in marine, coastal and chemical environments. As a rule of thumb: A4 for salt water and harsh conditions, A2 for everything else.
What standards do your fasteners meet?
Our fasteners are manufactured and supplied to recognised standards — predominantly DIN, plus ISO and BS — with a quality system certified to ISO 9001 and full RoHS / REACH compliance. Material certificates, batch numbers and country of origin are available on every order.
Can I order fasteners in bulk?
Yes. Quantity-break pricing applies automatically as volumes rise, and our Quick Order tool lets you paste a Part No. / Qty list to build a large basket in one go. For very large volumes, use the Enquire option on the product page for our best bulk pricing.
What sizes do you stock?
Metric from M1.0 micro screws through to M56, plus a full imperial range — over 46,000 lines held in live stock, from single boxes to bulk deliveries.
